Mom's slacking now that she doesn't have a job!

Hey, I know you! Yes it's been awhile because Mom seems busier than ever now that she doesn't have a job. I try to remind her that catering to my every need (including dictating my blog) is her job but she just smiles and shakes her head and says I'm too young to understand.

So I thought I would start the tour of the last few months right here in my favorite chair but first...

A little shout out in memory of my favorite toy, Mr. Duck with the rubber hands and feet which I loved to chew on. Apparently Daisy found them delightful to chew on as well however her teeth were much more destructive than my gums.

So I often times like to get a good cardio work out in the bouncy chair by not only kicking my legs but working on the abs too by reaching for my toys.

It gets challenging because the bouncing makes them unpredictable and hard to grasp...

"You can't defeat me green elephant!" I scream. Mom said something about if this picture doesn't make you smile then you must be dead inside.

Then of course I take a good nap in between workouts. Sometimes for fun...

I'll rummage around mom's scarf drawer and wait and see how long it takes her to notice.

This photo was taken just before we left last Saturday to see the Mission in San Juan Capistrano. Just wait till you see the styling outfit mom dressed me in...

Looks more like an outfit for the golf course if you ask me.

"Hey little skipper!" Dad said

"Exactly! Just like Gilligan," Mom said.

I don't know who this skipper Gilligan guy is but he must be pretty cool to have a wardrobe like this. Don't mind mom's weird look on her face she can't really take a good picture lately.

Here is the Mission, there was a large earthquake in 1812 that caused this damage but I wasn't really captivated by the history because I had something else on my mind...

LUNCH! Notice my little fingertips poking out of the blanket. Moms trying to be discreet and look hollywood all at the same time, not really sure if that's possible.

Ahhh yes! This place is beautiful, especially on a full stomach.

Here is a photo of mom pushing me around in my new travel stroller just to give you an idea how big the place is.

Here I am stylin' in my new whip. It's nice and compact and I can use it when I get bigger too.

See how the blue accentuates my eyes.

Here is something else I got new. My very own tent! So now I have my own bed when Mom and I go see Grandma Ninny and Grandpa Nick. I tried it out for the first time when my crib sheets were being laundered.

The end, for now. Love you all!

4 Months - A lot is going on!

So you may be wondering why I'm opening with a crabby face, well many are under the misconception that I'm always smiling ... well I'm pretty good but I do have my moods and to be fair to Mom I have to show the rest of you I'm not always toothless grins and giggles.

I did discover something about myself besides my hands and feet this last month ...

I HAVE HAIR!!! I like to touch it with my right hand and pinch it between my fingers.

Nanny, Aunt Sarah, and Aunt Cindy visited near the end of February. Here are two of the lovely ladies with me, Aunt Cindy is a little camera shy.

I may even get my sparkly eyes from Nanny ... notice how well we sparkle together!

This was the first time meeting Aunt Sarah.

She even fed me while Mom and Dad were away getting massages, she said it was her first time feeding a baby but I think she is a natural.

We're old chums now!

Mom discovered I had broke free of my swaddler the other night when I woke up from the first evening snooze ...

OMG! I'm naked under this aren't I!?!

Awwh well, who cares! I have a diaper on and as long as you can handle the gun show you're about to see I guess I shouldn't be shy.

But first Mom and Dad want to point out how cute they think my forehead is, whatever!

What did I tell you! You didn't suspect such definition on a baby did you!

Check it out, do you think an armband tattoo would be a good choice between the shoulder and bicep? There is a perfect indentation there for it, but Mom says I have to wait until I'm at least 16! Ugggh, that's like forever away.

Heh! That's right Pop, what do I need a tattoo for anyway. With this face (and body) I could get any girl I laid eyes on.

Ladies ...
Anyway enough of the ego boost. One Sunday morning I was hanging out at the table with Mom and Dad telling jokes.

Ha! Ha! That was a good one Dad ...

... But did you hear the one about the Turtle and the Bicycle?

Well I didn't either but I'm sure it was all in the shell!

Get it!?! Shell! He ... he.

Dad just stared at me with a blank look and said, "Finn your delivery is great but I need to teach you some better material." Then he proceeded to take a big slurp of coffee.

"Material? Daisy taught me that one! Doesn't she know what's funny, " I said.

"Awww Finn, you have so much to learn. The first is never believe anything Daisy tells you!" Mom said.

Another thing I learned about myself this last month ...

Is that my hands feel good on my gums to chew on!

That's right I think I'm getting my teeth already! Mom and Dad are constantly putting bibs on me which, well quite frankly I enjoy chewing on.

If I don't I end up like this ... spitty, shiny chin, not attractive!

Even with my hands in my mouth all the time you have to admit I'm still cute.

So there I was just hanging out, chewing on my fingers and this is what Dad thought would be good fun ...

Spit rag hats! Not that I mind too much I mean it is my own spit after all.

How can I get these ring, pacifier, and my fist in my mouth all at once?

Maybe I don't need all that drama going on in my grill.

That's not how thugs live anyway, yeah we like bling but there is a point when you just have to

be tough and chill even if you want to shove it all in your mouth. It's not cool dawg to have all that up in your grill, so you know I just chilax.

Whew! What a month, I think I'll just take a nap and catch up for the next new thing.
